Licensed Professional Counselor

For the past 15 years Kelly Ewalt has been a licensed counselor working with children, families, and adults. She has worked in a variety of settings, including mental health centers, residential treatment for children, and schools. This training and experience allow her to offer an extensive knowledge base of treatment to her clients, with an appreciation of the needs of children and families. Kelly specializes in working with children through play therapy. She has learned through experience that children often have invaluable ideas about how to help themselves. Through play therapy, Kelly creates a safe environment in which children can explore and express feelings.

 Kelly has a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Eastern Washington University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Montana. In addition, she obtained a School Counseling Endorsement from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. She lives east of Columbia Falls with her husband and their 4 year old son.
