"The deepest of all the patterns in the human spirit is one of departure and return and the journey implicit in between. "

Licensed Massage Therapist and
Craniosacral Therapist

With more than twenty years experience in the field of massage therapy, I can assure you our session together will be unique. Over the years I have gathered a combination of therapies that are effective, gentle and tend to bring about change quite quickly. My work in clinical settings offers a deep root in the pain treatment arena. Focus on the energetics of auto-immune illness helps me serve that sector quite well. Re-animation of the potent wellness that lives in each person is a big part of my work. I love pregnancy massage and am one of the few people offering hands on pediatric work in the valley.

I have been a Massage Therapist since 1983 when I graduated from the Central Massachusetts School of Massage Therapy. After 10 years of practice, I relocated to Washington State. For licensure there I was required to take tutorials for the state exam. At that time, I discovered the program at the Brian Utting School of Massage in Seattle. Even though I had been in the field for 10 years, BUSOM was offering a program that was quite impressive. Rather than tutor 30 hours, I returned to massage school full time. This decision informs my work to this day. I graduated once again as a Massage Therapist (but a much more informed one) in 1995.

Throughout all these years, continuing education has been a highlight for me. There is a long list of wonderful teachers – and I am grateful to all of them. The outstanding educational experience is my long-term mentorship with Bruno Ducoux, DO, from Bordeaux, France. We began our journey in 1996, where I shared in all the classes he had to offer in Craniosacral Therapy. This evolved into an informal internship where we would work in my office for hours a day as part of my training. Later I helped teach classes in the Seattle area. Since this time, we continue to work together most every year as part of a study group that emerged through the collaboration of US and European practitioners. I continue to learn and grow in my field with this inspired group.

I am available for sessions by appointment a Imagine Health in Columbia Falls and in my Whitefish office. Home visits are available if required.
